Have always loved this hotel. Our room, however, lacked this time. Bathroom door would not shut and when the air came on it was so loud it would wake you up. Definitely needs some TLC!

The property was decent. Might be time for some major cleaning and renovations for some parts though. Our bathroom could have been cleaner and clearly had some major water damage on the floor at some point.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location for our event and the staff was great. The amenities/conveniences were good as well. The breakfast was good food but cold both mornings. The omlets were great tho. Overall we would stay again.

Love the Elegante, but supervisor Jesse Hernandez needs corrective action and customer service training. Toilette overflowed (not from anything we did) and we had to move at nearly 11 PM. Mr. Hernandez, when asked for some form of modest compensation the next morning said, "There's nothing I can do, since you made the mistake of booking through Expedia."

Staff was very friendly and complementary breaskfast was delicious. The hotel wasnt the cleanest and the room was a bit dirty. Bathroom looked like it was barley cleaned. Not unstayable but wont be going back.
