It was a good stay. The place was clean but the bathroom tiles on the floor were loose and water was getting under them and the toilet was wobbly when sitting on it. Breakfast was great and so was the service.

Everyone was so friendly and professional. I loved that they provided life jackets and had an employee in the pool area at all times. The room was also very clean. They gave several options for breakfast including omelets and waffles.

The hotel was a lil dated but perfect for what we wanted. Perfectly located to Texas Tech football stadium. Our faucet in the room was loose but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the football game was unexpected but convenient. Need to be a more efficient on the after game operation. They said the pick up was in one area and they picked up from a different area of the parking lot which left people waiting in line having to wait for another shuttle. Listening to other people talk being the Tech Colorado game was a popular event there were more people than usual.

My room smelled horrible! It smelled like it was freshly painted and gave he headaches both nights. The bathroom area was the worst I have ever seen. Paint and spackle all over the floor and the flooring itself was warped and didn't look clean when I arrived. The breakfast staff was great and really tried to service the many families and customers coming in and out.

In town for football game weekend. Property was nice, a little dated. Staff was very friendly. It was convenient relatively close to Tech campus. Would stay here again.
