No complaints on staff or location. The front desk lady was very pleasant. The location was right off the highway and very convenient. I had some concerns regarding the safety of my vehicle as I had a trailer loaded with an expensive vehicle and truck bed full of expensive parts. No issues with the vehicle. My issue was with the cleanliness of my room. The bed was made and the room looked clean overall. Once I got ready to shower is when the issues began. The toilet was dirty, a used towel was hanging on the shower curtain bar, opened shampoos, opened bar soap, and hair all over the shower tub. This quickly made me rethink the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I had a really long day driving, so I chose just to shower and go to sleep. I was exhausted enough to not care about switching rooms. At this point, my mind was made up anyway that all the rooms were being left in the same condition.

It wasn't overly clean, in my opinion. They also ran out of most of the breakfast items before 8:30AM and it was supposed to be available until 9:30. Many people didn't get much. Overall service was slow.

My second visit
I made a complaint about the food temperature the last time I stayed there. I got an email from them apologizing and saying that they would look into it. Well, it was the same issue this time. The biscuits and sausages were barely warm. They need to put the sausages in the warmer with the eggs, so that they will be hot. They need to adjust the temperature on the warmer for the biscuits a little bit higher. I had to put my food in the microwave so that it would be hot enough to eat properly. On the good side, they have a really nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is just wonderful. You can set a timer for up to twenty minutes and just relax! They keep plenty of clean towels out there for you to dry off with.
