Property is under renovation. The first person at the desk was very unhelpful, but when we returned to the front desk, we found some very helpful people that made a difference for us and future stays. The location is really nice as it’s a very short walk from the train station

This hotel was very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Very close to tons of shopping and dining options as well as historic sites. Overall great place to stay.

Conveniently located to transportation & landmarks of the city., Staff very helpful & hotel is clean. The only negative thing is the bathroom shower is not adjustable the water goes out a lot outside & it’s half glass door which doesn’t help .

Great little property in a great area. SUPER close to the bus station as well if that is key for you. Breakfast was great in the morning. Restaurant was nice for dinner, but food was just ok. Overall, a very good hotel to stay at.

It is near to the train station and site seeing places, all within walkable distance. There was no air conditioning for this season, therefore we had to open the window, and if you stayed at level 1, facing the back alley, there was quite some noise from the streets like people talking and delivery vehicles. Other than that, the hotel staff is really friendly and nice, providing us the travel card and answer any questions that we had.

PARKING BEWARE! They say “parking available” but it’s a small public garage next door and there were only 8 spots left. The hotel is lovely, great condition and in the heart of everything. Ask for a room away from the street for quiet.

Good Choice!
Lovely stay. Nice clean room; comfortable and roomy. The only change that I’d recommend is for English Airline sites available more readily online and a printer accessible for guests. The stocked mini frig was a pleasant surprise and people at the desk very accommodating. The location is only 5 min, less than 2 walking blocks from train which is super convenient coming in from Paris or going out to Zurich airport. We’d come again!

Great location
Walkable from the train station, I chose this hotel for its proximity to both that and the Alstadt. The room was small but workable, our room did not have a view. The hotel was sleek and clean.

There was a bit of contraction around the property and the balcony had no view other than a construction site. The toilet was 10 cm from the vanity. But others than two thinks the style was modern, clean, and roomy for a European hotel. I would stay again.
