The staff were wonderful and very helpful with all of our questions. They were polite and went of their way to be helpful and offered any assistance that we needed. The room was comfortable and quite big. We just had to be careful getting in and out of the bathtub! We loved the fact that the hotel was close to Lake Lucerne, restaurants, train station, and the surrounding area. Thanks for making our stay in Lucerne and Switzerland so special.

Excellent staff. Check in-out very easy. the only negative point is the AC was not working. Apparently it is off for the season, however, the outside temperature was quite warm, thus making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. Otherwise all was good.

Nice clean and updated property, the only issues I have are with the bathroom layout. The toilet is squeezed in between the vanity and the tub making it tight. The tub is also difficult to get in and out of due to the height of the tub, position of the shower glass and the space in the bathroom.

What an amazing hotel with gorgeous lake and Mountain views from the room balcony. Could sit there for ages reading a book etc. Breakfast was also not bad at all and hotel gives out free city pass to catch metro and trams etc

Our room sat on the back alley and was a bit noisy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Staff were pleasant and receptive, but not engaging. After staying at 3 other hotels in Switzerland, we were used to a different level of friendliness and service.

Convenient location close to train station and shopping of all types as well tourist attractions. Room was clean and nicely appointed although the shower was a bit awkward. Would stay again!

Loved everything except the non adjustable shower head and the added 45 CHF in taxes I had to pay when checking out. I asked what the taxes were for and they just said it's just extra taxes. Staff breakfasts, location and rooms were wonderful
