The location is A ! They have remodeled the rooms which our was nice, small but still nice. The bathroom was ridiculously small, especially the shower. The toilet seat is a large oblong seat and the toilet is small round, kind of crazy. The door to our room you had to slam in order for it to shut. The pool punters were super low and uncomfortable. The woodwork throughout needs to be painted. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed in a King balcony room with a hot tub. Great view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan! (And the parking area for the boat launch, but you learn to overlook that, literally) The location truly is great, about as close to the beach as you can get. The room was clean and looked to be recently updated, the hot tub worked well, but the bed was mediocre at best. Looked nice, didn't feel as nice as it looked. As far as service, it was ok, but not spectacular. Being a hot tub room, we went through quite a few towels. They picked up our towels after the first night, but only left one to replace them. With two occupants that take showers AND use the hot tub, you're going to use more than one small towel! Went down and got more at the front desk. So in the end we were ok. All in all, excellent experience. We WILL be back!! Location is great, it's clean and quiet, no regrets!

Location, location, location
We booked last minute to be close to family in Ludington for a short vacation. The hotel location was perfect. The manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was on ground level of the parking lot side, not the side with a balcony or lake view, but it was clean and adequate for our needs, mostly to sleep there. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting but we didn't get the chance to use it. We would stay again but try to get a balcony /lake front room next time.

Not worth the cost.
Our trip was wonderful, the room could have been better. For the price of these rooms I would expect a MUCH better bathroom. The shower was small which was fine, however the shower head was so high only a person above 6’ tall could have a proper shower. And only a person under 5’ could sit on the toilet properly.

The room and the service were fine. The problem with this place is the lack of parking. Limited parking spots to begin with and then people that don't want to pay to park at the piers take the other spots. I had to park a 1/2 mile away.

We’ve officially put this two day trip “on repeat “! Everything about Snyders was perfect. Lake Michigan took a turn and was very very chilly, so having the pool/hot tub was perfect. The room was amazing, of course the view is one to die for.one of the best highlights for me was the incredibly friendly female Staff when we arrived. They were so bubbly and genuinely seem to welcome me and my family. Having the fresh popcorn available, as well as the rubber ducks for the kids… Very impressive! And did not need, but the option to borrow toys and games for the rooms… They definitely have family in mind at this facility.

Was excited for this trip but it started out with the front desk staff denying me the veterans discount. He stated I had to book that ahead of time when Hotels.com never had an option to put in there I was a veteran. I asked if I could show my ID and he still denied me saying I needed to call before hand. Secondly, the doors close very hard in most the rooms so it sounds like people are slamming doors all day.

Front desk person not customer service driven. Complained about a mess around the entry door and it still was a mess in the morning. Room is small and bath room is tiny.Shower is 3x3 and no space to put anything. Not a place to come back to!

We booked through Hotels.com which sucks. The Wifi sucked we couldn't get into our computer so we had to cancel and drive home. We are business owners and need internet for a hot project.
