I'd leave if it wasn't late and I hadn't just spent 15 hours in the car. This place is filthy. I'd love a shower but it's too gross to use. The room smells like stale smoke. There is something white all over the carpet in the hall. The carpet in the room is dirty too, as is the chair in the corner. Do not stay at this hotel!

For some reason, I was putting in a handicap accessible room. I am not handicapped. It was also right next to the dumpsters and the garbage trucks were emptying the dumpsters at 5 AM.

Worst ever and i travel alot!
I was expecting a good experience but what i got was a getto hotel in poor shape. Dirty room, uncomfortable broken outlets, morning breakfast that did not exist, cold and old coffee. Just terible in every aspect. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

The good and bad
The heat worked great. It had nice hot water and the water pressure was great. Bed was comfy. Sheets looked clean. Paint was peeling in tub/ shower and the tub nozzle to turn it on would come off when you did. The chair by desk had the material peeling off it pretty bad. Pool water was really dark, but it is winter so we weren’t using it anyway but would have looked better if it was clean. Ice machines were out of order

The property is extremely outdated and run down. Sheets are paper thin, hotel has an awful ammonia type smell. The furniture is worn and dated. The shower floor is peeling, with the drain cover rusted and was left off the drain. Glad I only stayed 1 night. The front desk was nice, but told me my room wasn’t paid for and had me pay for the room again, even though I did pay it. So now I’ve been charged double for a crappy hotel.

The staff was polite and friendly, but the hotel has seen better days. The carpet was very stained, the walls were peeling, the shower walls had pieces missing (but the water pressure was good). The smoke detector kept us up chirping on and off all night and the solution from the desk was for us to climb up and take it off the celling. Those should be kept up with regularly for safety and so that guests don't need to handle it themselves. The beds were sagging in thy middle. Breakfast was fine but the juice machines were all broken. Also we couldn't find an ice machine that worked in the building.

Not going back.
We found outright away that this ice machine was out of order, but 2 others were available on 1 and 3 floors. Those too were out of order. The desk clerk did offer to go to sister hotel to get us ice. The desk chair was completely worn rn and shabby. The electrical outlet in between the beds was not functioning. The fan in the bathroom not working. The elderly lady working the breakfast area was very friendly an highlight of our stay. She kept food replenished very well.up. The regular coffee was very weak, it looked like ice tea. While the d-car was very strong. The ice machines were never working during our 3 day stay. We would not return.

Fine and practical for quick overnight stay
Was fine for a quick overnight pass-through. Breakfast food was taken quickly upon 6:30 AM opening by construction worker guests, and took staff a while to recover (restock the hot foods). Place was clean, but it's showing its age.

The place was is very rundown and it’s not worth the money I paid, I paid for early check in and I was able to get check early because my room was not ready! I was very unhappy about the situation!

Our stay travelling home from Florida at this property was not as positive as it was travelling to Florida. The hotel is close and convenient to the I95 with some restaurants close by. The hotel room on our return trip was a bit worn down and not as nice as the previous room. The bathroom door hinges were coming off. The shower/tub was peeling and the office chair was in need of being replaced. We mentioned all this to the hotel staff and were told that this room was probably not one of the more recent updated ones. The room overall was still good with a mini fridge, microwave and was clean. It was okay for a one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay while travelling to Florida. The hotel is close and convenient to the I95 with some restaurants close by. The hotel rooms are well appointed with a mini fridge and microwave. The room was nice and clean.
