It sits 5mins outside downtown Manistee. Perfect location to get to everything easily. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our needs. Didn't want to stay at the casino after a wedding there, this was so close! Super clean and quiet Comfortable beds, hot shower, soft towels, good lighting, breakfast was a little lacking but fit the bill!

The room was clean and well kept. That's a huge plus. However, the room was musty and the AC gave a damp cold feeling. It felt like wet cold bedding. Also, I'm not sure if it's typical with Microtels, but there wasn't any shampoo. Just bars of soap.

Overall its a very nice place . We have stayed here many many times. The only downfall is the beds they are like sleeping on bricks !! Syayed at many Microtel and the beds at different locations are excellent

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The suite was just the right size too. The entrance is at a traffic light so it's easy to enter and exit even when there is a lot of traffic. It's also close to several restaurants and a Meijer. Plus it is about a half a mile from the sequoia trees and the beach which is definitely worth going to! The only thing was my air conditioner had that slight musty smell like many of them do; however, I was able to open the window instead of using the air conditioner. I would return if I was up in that area.
