This was my first time staying at Embassy Suites. The check in process was easy, the room upgrades are nice. It is safe and within walking distance from historical sites of interest. I must brag on breakfast, the omelets are made by request and are delicious along with all of the breakfast options. It was pleasant and won’t be the last time that I stay at Embassy Suites. If you don’t believe me book your stay and experience it for yourself.

It took forever to check in because they only had two people working the desks and a line out the door. Nowhere to park the car while checking in. It was total chaos. The room itself is fine but the bathtub was not cleaned properly as there were short hairs in the tub. The hot water took about ten minutes to come on. Breakfast not until 7:30 on weekends which is super annoying for this early bird. Parking is not free.

Needs remodeling asap. It's been the same since I was a teenager and I'm in my 40's now. My room was located at the end near a storage room I suppose. The staff was in and out all day and the door slams extremely loud behind them. I know it wasn't intentional, it's just a heavy door. There was a sleepover next door to my room and the kids were running down the hall like they were there only ones in the hotel. Their guardian/parent didn't seem to care either. I had to get a new set of towels because they did not appear to be cleaned properly. The water kept fluctuating from warm to cold to scalding hot. As I was packing to leave before check out, a small roach was running towards the corner of the wall. Front staff was very pleasant, both night and day shift.
