This is such an interesting idea since I am from the USA. Basically they do not have a human checking you in, it's all done by reservation or cc number on a console. We arrived very late and had to email the hotel a week before to let them know so they could provide me with an access code. This is very important or you won't be able to check in and you are in the middle of a industrial park with not many options.
For the price you get what you pay for. Bare boned, generic soap in a dispenser, no hand soap etc. Towels are thin and the beds are so so, but it did the job. I added the breakfast to the room rate and it's not the best breakfast in France but it's enough for most as it's healthy options (IE: eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, great coffee machine and juice). We stayed 3 nights, not recommended, it's more like a night or two at most.
