My wife and I stayed at this hotel twice within a week, over two weekends from September 7-9 and September 13-15. Unfortunately, our experiences were a clear example of inconsistency and lack of care from the hotel management.
During our first stay, the experience ranged from average to good, despite issues with room assignment and the poor condition of the rooms. However, our second visit was chaotic. We were given a room without air conditioning, and the only solution offered was a small fan. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the door lock was damaged. Additionally, the restaurant staff during breakfast were rude and unpleasant.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy. Consider this hotel as your last option.
