I love the two swimming pools indoors and outdoors. Also, the staff was kind courteous and helped with every need. I was there for my son‘s basic training graduation and they made it easy. Also gave me a larger room because I was staying for an entire week. I would definitely stay there again.

I reserved a standard room 2 months in advance with complimentary breakfast. The hotel contacted us 72 hours before check in to confirm our arrival time which was 2pm, two hours before the 4pm check in. We were given a handicap room. The room smelled like someone had just occupied it a few minutes before we opened the door. The bed linens were soiled with what looked like coffee or cola. The bed had a huge sink hole in the middle that made sleeping impossible for both my husband and myself. We spent the first two nights rolling in and out of the sink hole in the middle of the bed. There were no extra linens, blankets or pillows in the room. The cable went out on the 2nd night. When we went for breakfast we were told we didn’t have the breakfast package. The food at their restaurant grossly overcharged us for incredibly small servings on our plates. $18 for 6 buffalo wings the size of a small persons thumb, just an example. They moved us to a new room on the 3rd day. The refrigerators in both rooms were warm so nothing chilled or got cold. In the 4 days we were here no one cleaned our room or brought us towels or new linens. And lastly we had to pay $10 a day for parking. It’s a regular parking lot that is not secured and completely empty so I don’t see why we were charged for daily parking. Over all this was my worst stay at a Marriott property. For the amount of money we paid I expected better service and accommodations. The hotel is not full so theres no excuses for them.

The bed was good, the sofa in the room needs cleaning and the worst was the toilet it was dirty under the seat. Wich We noticed next morning since we checked in late. That was very disappointing and disturbing.

For the price this hotel was not what I expected. My biggest complaint was that you had to pay for parking. This was not mentioned prior to booking the hotel, and for the price, parking should be included! The room was fairly clean, but there were some issues. The refrigerator is contained in a cabinet, which reduces the efficiency and doesn't keep things as cold. All of the electrical outlets were worn out and would not hold the plugs in place, which caused an issue charging devices. The sink constantly had a drip no matter how you tried to shut it off. There is also no continental breakfast provided. The elevators need some work: Elevator 3 would constantly stop on the second floor with no one waiting there or the button being pressed. As we were heading to check out, Elevator 3 did this again, and then got stuck with us trapped in the elevator. When we notified the front desk, they said "Sorry about that, I'll let the manager know." The only highlight to this hotel was the pool which was very nice, but there were roaches outside near the seating areas.
