We were staying at Harborview Hotel Macau from 28/4 - 02/5/2025. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty (Victorian interior design ) clean, neat and tidy.We used Casino's shuttle bus to get on point to point. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. There's a lot of choice nearby for shuttle buses and eatery. The first room reeked of smoke, and they upgraded us swiftly to one that did not. Would definitely stay here again

The property it lovely very spacious and affordable. Walking distance from the ferry terminal and very close to Sands casino. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Room was very big stay in a suite. No complaints

Exploring Macau

Good view, walking distance to Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. The only things I don’t like are the convenient store inside of this hotel. She was very rude. I asked for my receipt after paying and she was just ignore completely without any answer and just sat at her chair. I asked couple times and she still no answer. If the hotel pick a merchant inside of their hotel. They are representing the hotel image. I will not stay at this hotel again because I don’t want to see that lady. There is only one convenient store that my husband purchased beers and some drinks daily during our stay

Great hotel and location

The hotel and it’s location are great (only few minute away from the ferry too) Our only two complaints would be the smoking smell in our room (non smoking) always present but stronger during the evening (felt it was coming through the ventilation). The second one would be the lack of local breakfast items whereas there were plenty of western options. It would have been great to see the local food more represented.
