This place worked perfect for a one night stay to see Machu Picchu! Right beside the train station! Short walk to catch the bus up to Machu Picchu. The Hotel staff was very helpful, kept our luggage while we spent the day at Machu Picchu. Breakfast was great. We had a suite which was great and roomy.

Absolutely fantastic location. Right next to the station and the main artisan market. People at reception is the sweetest and kindest. The property can really use an upgrade. The first room we got had extremely pungent smell and dampness and the lamp shades had what seemed like mold on them. The staff was sweet enough to move us to a nicer albeit smaller room and it was just one night so we settled instead of continuing to smell the bad air.

Excellent hotel very close to the train station, market and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. The staff was very helpful and professional the rooms were spacious but with several maintenance issues. Breakfast was excellent. Overall very good stay

Hotel is well located. Rooms are small by Peruvian standards, but that is understandable due to the lack of space in Aguas Calientes town. Breakfast was average and no complimentary water in the room, unlike other hotels in Peru. The main let down was check in. It was very slow and we had arrived at 6pm, yet our room was not yet ready as it was still being cleaned, so we had to wait about 20 mins in reception.

Ubicado frente a la estación de trenes, lo que lo hace conveniente para el transporte, dado que no hay autos en el pueblo. Hay restaurantes cercanos, pero la zona donde más hay está a unas cuadras que habrá que caminar y el terreno en Aguas Calientes es muy irregular por lo que habrá que subir y bajar bastante.

This place was pretty decent, felt safe, right behind the train station and close to the large market but the rooms had a musty smell (likely from the damp of the area) otherwise, clean and accomodating. Staff were amazing and addressed all our concerns, let us know about the wifi, were available 24/7, we had access to water and the breakfast times and options were pretty good.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. Hotel is right next to the train station so strong odor of diesel exhaust present and AC didn’t function well.
