Wonderful

The bathroom was very old and needs update. It took 15 min to get hot water, once it came, there was no way to control it. I almost got burned and had to clean myself using towels.
The service was excellent, the room was clean and the water was very hot. But I wouldn't stay there again because it's a very noisy area. Loud sound, people talking and shouting until after midnight non-stop. the hotel is very small and faces a square so all the noise from the street enters the rooms, I was unable to sleep or rest before 1 am.

Disliked: Amenities
The price was good for what I needed this hotel for. Very loud outside at, people partied till 5am EVERY night. Not a drop of hot water in my room and had to take cold showers. Breakfast was ok, limited choices.
El personal del hotel te hace sentir como en casa, de igual manera tienen servicio de resguardo de equipaje por si haces el tour muy temprano y regresas ya tarde a Cusco
100 Safe environment, the staff are very professional and helpful.
I highly recommend you to visit the Machu Picchu Dream . You going to love the hotel and all the staff
Pleasant hotel in a good location in a wonderful place. I have never stayed in an area that was so clean. No litter, no rubbish and we saw one cleaner lady washing the sidewalk.
The location is excellent very close to the train station and walking distance to the bus for Machu Picchu
The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to assist our group.
Good place for couple of nights, breakfast could do with a few more choices.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall, this B&B is not bad. Except that one of the blankets or bedsheets we had had an odour. The wifi was not stable. The noise insulation was not good. For the Saturday evening we stayed, noise from the street below was quite annoying for us. And we could not open the window, for the cooking smell emanating from the restaurant across the street was strong. However, the receptionist girl who checked us in in the afternoon on June 22 was polite and helpful. The B&B is also very close to the train station.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Reasonable hostel and reasonable price
It is a hostel type hotel and probably is family run. The room is clean, but very basic. Just beds and a small wooden cabinet for clothes and storage. The water is reasonably hot for showering. It is located in front of a small square with people walking and passing by the hotel front door and side window, so it would be a little noisy at night, but we can bear with it. The breakfast is from 5am to 9pm so you can still have a quick one before going to catch for the first bus to Machu Picchu. The variety and taste is acceptable, not nothing spectacular. The lady at the front desk is helpful and can speak some English, which is great for travelers who do not speak Spanish.
-nice staff who speak English and provided a map of the town.
-5 minute walk from the train station, Machu Picchu bus stop and good restaurants. Lots of supermarkets etc surround.
- booked a single room but was given a spacious triple. Nice clean sheets, so good to sleep under a normal duvet and not those bobbly old heavy blankets! Bed a bit uncomfy as it was foam but didn’t spring back to shape quickly and pillows were small small. Lots of storage space, lighting and natural light. Curtains needed for the small side window.
-modern bathroom with good hot water pressure but did stop working on the last night.
-fast WiFi but again did stop working for the second afternoon, staff very apologetic.
-breakfast available from 5am so good for early MP starts. I found it a bit bland but there is enough variety.
-Rooms are quite noisy as they face the street with a lot of pedestrian traffic. Noisy from 7am onwards but ok with earplugs. Choose a higher floor to avoid some of the noise.
-It’s quite hard to find as it’s not on google maps and no signage on the hotel except a piece of paper on the door. It’s opposite he library and use supertramp hostel on google maps to bring you to the right street.
Patricia was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel.was cleqn and was close to the train station. It may seem a ways from.thr main plaza but is really only a 5 minute walk. Also close to where a of thr locals hang and eat. It was a nice experience.
I like hospitality and service very much. My laggage was also kept although the chech-out time was exceeded. Thank you very much for goid home atmosphere!
