Not Hampton Standard
The room was not very clean. There was what looked to be the foil from a condom wrapper on the floor along with a coffee stir strip. The hotel was under renovation so they moved the entrance to the building entrance right by our room so the it was noisy. The room was for a handicapped person and had a bench in the shower area. When taking a shower a lot of water leaked off the bench and onto the floor. I had to get towels to clean up the mess. We didn't know that the room would not be serviced so when we came back one night we had to make our bed and get fresh towels. We were not told that we had to request service. The next day before we left for the day I called the front desk and told them the room needed service. I was told, "we were scheduled" for service. It wasn't a friendly voice, more like a yeah, we're going to do this for you. The bed was made, but poorly done so. Look at the picture. The sheet that covers the mattress didn't fit. You could see the stains through the sheet. It was gross and the sheet was peeling off the bed. The shower gel dispenser came out of the wall while pumping it. There were no anchors in the wall so it's no wonder it came off. I've stayed at plenty of Hamptons, so we booked this one. What a major disappointment. I will never stay at his one again. I'll go somewhere else.
