The area was ran down. Our tvs didn’t work and when it did the channels werent available. For the money we spent per night we could’ve stayed at a higher place than this. Do not book here.

They really are a bit deceptive with the cabins. They use pictures of the new beachfront cabins for all of them, but some of them are actually 1950s courtyard. Be careful what you are booking. That being said, the beachfront cabin was absolutely fantastic.

Only problem was upstairs neighbor was loud stomping and the neighbor down the hall was up till 3am being loud and having a fire other than that everything was amazing!!!! Can’t wait till next time

This property needs lots of love. Room was clean but workmanship on tiles is poor, door was in poor condition, outside stairs and balcony were in unsafe condition. Would not recommend this Inn to anyone. Only good thing was the room rates.

These were easily the most uncomfortable beds my family and I have ever slept on. We had big plans to sleep in and leave later in the morning but ended up leaving early due to the discomfort. The room was fairly clean but a lack of pest control meant bugs were able to get in the room anytime the door was opened. The view was amazing but overall it was not worth the money.

staff was very rude and unprofessional, waited on maintenance for 3 hours and still never showed up, wasn’t the room we were showed pictures of online. bed was dirty (ended up having to get our own sheets and blankets) air conditioner barley worked in 90° weather. overall our biggest pet peeve was how rude and unprofessional the two women at the front desk were. wouldn’t recommend staying here.

the good: some items were accidentally left in the room after we left. The staff did find tham (after I called and reorted it) but didn't offer much of a way to get them back, but a friend in the are got them. the bad: we found ants in one bed to the point my kid refused to sleep in it and slept in the floor. House keeping didn't clean the room while we were there, so no clean towel and our trash pile up our entire stay.

Our room was not ready at 4:30 so they gave us a smaller room. There was a tic on the blanket and other dead bugs all over the room. The room was filthy.

The staff was great. The Waterfront Inn is very outdated and very rundown. The rooms we got all had issues, one off them the tub was vacking up, the other one the a/c would work and sometimes not, and the room I received had a puddle under the toilet and it wobbled so had to call maintenance and he did come out to fix it and he did. We had left to get something to eat and we got back to the room we had no lamps in the room,so had to go back to the front desk again they had to have maintenance bring lamps to the room. We left the room to go cross the bridge and when we came back to the room to take a shower we only had extremely hot water because the shower valve was broken again had to go back to the front deskfor the third time for issues with just the one room ket along the other two rooms all this within 4 hours off checking in. I did ask for the manager after all that was going on with the room and Scott did come and understood all my complaints and did give us a room in thier other hotel with lake front view. So in all the place pretty much needs updated and maintenance needs to go into the rooms at least once a week and check that everything is in working condition.

Hot tub and night view worth it all
We had a balcony room and it was clean. The view was amazing of the island and bridge at night. The pool was nice, the hot tub was fantastic! Park lot when busy is kinda hectic but overall was good stay.

It was a decent place to stay, the only thing that bugged me was that the pictures online were of the log cabins and their was no pictures of the actual motel rooms. Felt like false advertising. It was a decent place to stay for a night, and was fairly clean.
