Liked the location. Nice quiet location. Very clean. Room was comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. It was a good choice for a one night stop on our return trip to Ontario. Would also be a good choice if wanting to stay longer and explore more in the Edmundston area.

The entrance of the building was difficult to find, not signed very well - only a circular sign about a foot in diameter with the name of the hotel on it, hidden behind foliage. It took a while to get on the right road. The area around the hotel was remote and the only access to food was ordering in unless you felt inclined to drive into town. We mentioned the problem with finding the entrance and the staff found it amusing. I didn't.

Our room had mold on the walls, cobwebs on the lights, the couple in the room next to us was exchanging needles in broad daylight in front of our kids. When we arrived, the side doors were unlocked with no card required to enter, the the exterior patio doors (ground level) attached to our room were completely unlocked as well. I did not feel confident in the cleanliness of the hotel, nor our safety/security during our stay. Will not stay here again unless I absolutely have to.
