Nice safe place to take a walk in the neighborhood. Gas station close by and quaint town about 5-6 miles from hotel. Good but basic hot breakfast. We will likely return during future trips that direction.

Room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Could have had more toppings , like strawberries, for waffles. Also, some bagels & sweet rolls would be good. Pool was good, water was warm!

This was your average “right off the highway” hotel but with high quality customer service and experience. The place was quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was lovely and hard-working. Not a lot of dining options but a gas station with plenty of fast food choices right next door. 10/10 would stay again.

Pros: main room where you sleep was clean and a good location close-ish to the Dells and fairly quiet. And a good breakfast. Cons: the bathroom was ok but the shower had a MASSIVE hole in it only “held” together by what looks like cheap painters tape. The water just leaked straight into the hole when I went to take a shower. We talked to the desk person about it in the morning and they just shrugged us off. They wouldn’t look at the pictures just generally disrespectful. The shower also had black mold in it I discovered after my shower. Also the phone in our room was broken so I couldn’t even use it to contact the front desk I just used my cell phone and called the hotel. So all in all not the worst place but I really expected better from the ratings. It’s certainly not the 4.1/5 (as of writing this) that I expected. just make sure you inspect the showers and depending who is running the front desk good luck in getting any help. If you’re just coming to sleep and leave then you’re A-ok.

Location from Wisconsin Dells was great but the overall stay was ok the room smelled horrible so bad I had to get a plug in and a air freshener with Lysol to spray all around to even the beds to mask the smell. parking was good food was a 5 out of 10 the drinks from the dispenser was yuck the pool area was really clean and water was great the staff was ok a lady and man seemed ok but not so welcoming when checking in it was not professional at all maybe the manger,owner I don’t know but he needs to be retrained to give a more professional approach last day of check out is where it went down hill. We had a lot of stuff to hall around so we used a hotel cart which was available and when we unloaded everything we mistakenly left it in our room over night upon checking out the same guys who checked us in was rudely approachable asked did you have the cart in your room I stated yes BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET MY APOLOGIES OUT he right away in a very rudely demeanor stated DONT DO THAT AGAIN SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! like I was a child I stated don’t talk to me like that !! If you would’ve said it in a better tone and approach then things would’ve went differently but no I walked away and went to my husband when he had asked what happened I began telling him and told him what happened and stated what he had said and said I won’t be back and my husband stayed then they should invest in more cart and the man came over rudely again and said don’t use that language with me then it became a RACIAL
