Very bad experience
I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m from the airport with my 10-year-old daughter. Sergio, the overnight staff member, was very rude when I asked if he was alone, as he was checking in a family of six. My daughter was extremely tired, and we needed a room as soon as possible. He began yelling at me in front of her. I filed a complaint with the front desk manager the next morning. I will definitely not be returning to this four-star hotel. I'm not sure where they get their stars from. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo.

Easy airport hotel but need spanish sim to call airport shuttle. Once managed to call hotel bus came easy

The hotel facilities are excellent, the only thing that did not meet our expectations was the shuttle service, when we arrived at the airport we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle (the hotel is 10 minutes from the airport) and the next day when we had to be at the airport at 5:30 am, they did not take us and argued that they had no space on the shuttle until 7:30 am (inconceivable), we had to take a taxi and pay for it ourselves.

This is an amazing airport hotel!! Free shuttle service to and from the airport, immaculately clean, large rooms, modern, air conditioning, and close proximity to food (both at the hotel and in the surrounding area). Highly recommend and would use again if in Madrid with need for an airport-area hotel.

I liked the hotel but the dining options are limited. This is understood as it is a convenient hotel to get to the airport. However, Spain is known among other things by its food, the hotel doesn't offer quality food. Also, I left my big container of body lotion and they didn't call me to let me know that they havevit.

Clean and convenient but quite a few negatives
Conveniently located hotel by Madrid airport. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice pool. Pleasant staff. Rooms spacious and clean. However…. Restaurant is the only place to go since it’s a semi-industrial/commercial area hemmed in by the highway. Large restaurant with lots of tables. Staff swamped by customers and unable to keep up. Everything took a long time from getting drinks to receiving the meals. I had to send my chicken fillets back since they were raw inside. My daughter had to also send hers back because they included meat in a salad and she specifically advised she was a vegetarian and wanted The salad without the meat on top. Pricey and very slow. An unsatisfactory experience. Beds were not comfortable. Lumpy and hard. Not one of the three of us had a good night on the mattresses. Bedding clean and in good repair. Spend some money on decent mattresses please. Breakfast good and plentiful. Shuttle a nice bonus. Probably would not stay again because of lack of food choices nearby and very uncomfortable beds

Super convenient to airport, especially with the shuttle. Easy to take a taxi or Uber to downtown Madrid. Facilities and restaurant are nice. Only complaint is the scent they pump into the lobby. I've stayed many times and will stay again.

The airport shuttle driver refused me onto the shuttle bus and he and my airport wheelchair assistance lady decided to put me onto another bus. I’m a solo female traveller who ended up at a different hotel and had to get a taxi back to the Neuvo Boston where the welcome was non existent. No apology. No assistance. I’m on crutches. I arrived 4 hours after my flight landed. Disgusting service. Do not recommend.
