The check-in attendant was very friendly. Unfortunately, he told me the restaurant was closing at 11:00....which technically it was supposed to be, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they told me that the Kitchen closed at 10:30. I really think they should let their team know those specifics so that they can let their guests know. In my case, I ran upstairs to drop my luggage off, but also took a moment to freshen up after having been on a long flight. I would have just ran down there immediately after dropping my luggage off had I known the kitchen closed at 10:30. Also, the shuttle times to go back to the airport were a little bit random. For instance there were mostly 30 minute gaps, but there was an hour gap in the time that I needed to be getting on a shuttle at a more appropriate time. I ended up Ubering to the airport. I did use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and it was only a relatively short wait. Overall, the hotel is very nice, & the room was large & comfortable. With a couple of tweaks & better communication, it could make it better for the guests.
