Radisson Red Madrid was fine, but it didn’t leave much of an impression. The location is convenient, and the decor is unique and quirky, adding a bit of character to the stay. However, the experience was marred by the relentless noise, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the ambiance. While it has some positives, the noise level is a major drawback that may deter light sleepers or those seeking a more peaceful stay.

The property was nice but they gave us the worst room possible and the worst part was they knew it. We were traveling with two small children and there is a nightclub/disco right outside our window. The noise from people screaming yelling chanting until 6am was unbearable. The amount of money they charged for the room was too high to be tortured all night and get no sleep. Upon checkout they asked how was my stay and before I could answer they said the disco kept you up. Ridiculous

We had a nice room with a terrace, but the room was NOT ready to receive me. There was no safe lock, no phone, nothing in the minibar, and all cupboards and wardrobes were locked. After shown to the receptionist we were changed to a smaller conner room. The room AC was broken, only hot air came out of the vent. I called the front desk twice and service man came twice - first one said the room would be fine in 5 min but was NOT. The 2nd said AC was not functioning, and suggested that we open the door to the terrace instead. I did but the air outside smelled like there was a kitchen near by (but we were on the 7th floor!). Can't stand it either way the hot or smelly air. Extremely disappointed.
