Very disappointed that my important request to have a disabled-access room for my elderly, disabled parents was not fulfilled. I did not know at the time of booking that the disabled-access room costs more. The hotel also wrote back to my request stating that they would ensure they would have such a room. It was not good enough to suggest, upon arrival, that my parents could change rooms halfway through their stay, as that would be hugely inconvenient to them. Please consider this feedback in terms of the health and safety, and risk management, for disabled and elderly guests. Otherwise the hotel is very well located and the cafe inside the hotel is great.

The beds were incredibly bad. I’ve not slept that badly in years and you want to go away to relax. The first night we were put in the disabled room (great they have this but..) which felt like we were stuck in a basement and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. We were kindly moved to another room but both had the same problem which is the bed was like a trampoline. If you are on your own you might be fine but if your partner moves even 1cm you’ll be suffering with disturbed sleep consistently.

At first glance, this looks like a coffee shop - not a hotel. the rooms are very small, so don't expect to have room to put your suitcase anywhere apart from on the floor near the bed. The photos on the website are not exactly what you'll get. The toilet cubicle is so small, you can't sit on the toilet with the door shut - your knees prevent the door from closing. The shower recess had mold in it, and the shower head was so central that it's impossible to not get your hair wet - that must be why a shower cap is provided. They don't provide a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there's no bar fridge and no safe. our room on the 4th floor had a window over a central atrium - that's fine until the people on the ground floor sit out there in the morning and chat - loudly. Overall - it's a low cost accommodation.

I was a but skeptical at first about this hotel as the front of it is a coffee shop, however this hotel is ideal if you want to be within walking distance to alot of attractions, shopping and restaurants. You are smack right in the city! Rooms and facilities are clean. My only draw back was not able to have full control over the ac in the room. But the location made up for it. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!.

Basic tiny tiny room
This is a very basic clean room in a very good location. However it is tiny. The pictures are deceiving and even though the bedroom pictures are correct, they don't show you the pictures of the bathroom, nor the size of the room. The toilet is in a tiny closet. If you are a bit taller, the door won't close. You can only close the door if you are sitting on it. The sink is tiny and right next to the bed. I would not share this room if you require a bit of privacy with your travel partner. No place to put or open your luggage. Shower is also a 2x2 closet. There's one person downstairs at all times and they are friendly enough. The location is great. Room is noisy.

Small hotel with a hidden entrance by a coffee shop. Great location near the opera house. Small toilet facility. Shower is small with most of the rainfall shower nozzles, clogged, and drains ran really slow, with water almost overflowing into the room.
