The decoration of the hotel was incredibly beautiful, exuding a modern and stylish vibe throughout. The room was larger than those in most hotels and offered a fantastic view. We had a wonderful time! The only area for improvement would be the room service, as they charge €6 for ice delivery. Most high-end hotels typically provide an ice bucket with ice as a complimentary service and bring it upon request.

I feel like the hotel staff are rushed to attend to the constantly changing tourists. There seems to be an attitude of just getting by since they will check out by tomorrow, no matter what happens. Although I received complimentary spa tickets, However I couldn't make an appointment. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a good location.

Great location. Private event in the restaurant so don't know what it was like (would have been nice if they told me in advance so i could have made reservations before we arrived at another restaurant). Madrid is very walkable but there are plenty of transportation options near the hotel. Staff was very helpful with questions.

This our second stay. The first one was in 2018. The quality of breakfast declined a little. The person who prepares the omelets needs a lot of training. The person who prepared the omelets during our 10-day stay always overcooked the outside of the omelets to a brown color burn, but left the inside very raw. The staff in the breakfast diner is absent minded and not attentive enough.
