Staff in dining was excellent and front desk adequate. My daughter was returning to school so we had many bags. Even though valet and front desk saw us struggling it seemed we were invisible to them. Then, we saw signs of previous guests in the bathroom.
Really bad attitude from the lady at front desk. For a hotel at that price, they should have someone who can smile and offer a good service. They treat you like you were asking for free room and board.

No free wifi
Only one herbal tea bag in the room. No free wifi. A large but fairly ordinary room.
Club lounge was basic but had good service. Breakfast in the lounge was very good though.
I had a very early flight in the morning so instead of staying in the airport, my son booked me a room in the hotel. I left my room at around 2:30 am, couldn't get a receipt and was charged more than the price I was quoted. The subway back to the airport didn't start running until too late for my flight. I had to wait for a shuttle. In all, My stay was expensive and just average. Oh and I think I was charged $6.18 for using the coffee in the room. I had my own water.
Easy to access airport by tram. Nice restaraunt, but pricey. I really hate drink dospensers that measure exact portions that I find weird and cheap especially when drinks cost so much.
Convenient and great quality! We arrived late in the evening and our connecting flight was early the next morning. The shuttle from the terminal to the hotel was a short ride. The restaurant at the hotel was open til midnight and the food was good! Room was excellent- clean and comfortable. So worth it!
