During check in the attendant at the desk was very rude. He demanded i need to pay and was adamant i hadn't paid due to the online payment system not working he did not let me speak a word i had to show him proof to listen to me and show clear proof i had pre-booked and paid on Expedia. Needs to learn basic customer service. Was very loud thinking he was in the right until he realised i had infact paid.

Hotel is nice and location is very good. However, on checking out I asked for a VAT invoice and the assistant refused to give me one, because I booked through Expedia. I need these to claim expenses for business travel and because I didn't get one, now I have to keep chasing the front desk via phone to send me one on email. Never had this problem at any other hotel.

Great place to stay and good location.
Had a pleasant check in, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good size, clean and tidy. Had most ammenities but lacked a fridge which would have been nice. The breakfast in the morning was really busy and staff struggled to keep up with demand at peak times, so be prepared to wait or go early.

It was amazing just a bit disappointed with breakfast a slow flow and the time we get there had to wait for the bacon. Other than that staff were helpful and friendly.
