We were greeted upon check-in by a very friendly young man. Same applied at checkout. Kudos to either the personnel hiring or training staff. Hotel is in safe area, comfortable beds.
I called the the hotel before booking my room. I had an early morning flight and I wanted to make sure the hotel had a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. I was assured that they did. When I arrived at the hotel for check in, I was told that they did not have 24 hour shuttle service and the shuttle did not start in the morning until after my flight was scheduled to leave. I specifically asked if the shuttle was 24 hours. I know this because my husband was standing next to me and confirmed he heard the conversation. Please provide proper training to the hotel staff. This mistake costed me a lot of aggregation and $80 in parking fees at the airport.
Stayed here as it was close to the B.A.S.C. Facility and I had outpatient surgery on Thursday and then needed to follow up with the surgeon in the morning on Friday. We live an hour and half away so this was convenient.
The desk person I called the morning of check in was kind to find me a room not far from the elevators!
Beware of bed bugs. I check for bed bugs immediately in every hotel room and found a bed bug in both rooms we were given. Both times I scooped a bed bug from the bed into a paper cup and took it to the front desk employee. The employee apologized and said they'd work with the GM in the morning to process a refund since we weren't going to be able to stay there. I asked if they wanted to take a picture and they said if I had pictures of the bed bugs then that should be enough documentation.
I've been emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails for the GM multiple times for 3 weeks and he has never emailed or called back. I did manage to reach him twice when I called in, 11 and 22 days after the reservation date. He claimed that someone checked for bed bugs later and didn't see bed bugs so they wouldn't be providing a refund. I said that we took both bed bugs to the front desk and the GM told me we didn't, which he's clearly lying about and they could verify that with their security footage. I also told him I took pictures of both of the bed bugs and he said no I didn't, which doesn't even make sense as a response.
He is completely gaslighting me and either just doesn't want to provide a refund or is concerned with costs and protocols for getting rid of bed bugs. It's frustrating to not have that refund approved and also to have to pay even more to get a last second room somewhere else, but the fact that he's ignoring the issue for future guests just adds to the frustration.
Left in a hurry and left my suit in the closet upon leaving. The hotel staff packed it up and sent it to me after I sent them a prepaid box. Great Staff. Nice place to stay and very reasonable. Very easy to get to also. In a quiet part of town.

Room smelled musty. Like it had flooded and the carpets didnt dry.
A couple late evening noise in the breakfast area. Loud talking, a party going on with no regard for us on the first floor adjacent to the area. Mgmt needs to set the late evening guidelines.
