Absolutely appalling. Paid for 3 nights but walked out after 2, it was that bad.
First room: window wouldn't close properly. Huge gap that I could get all my fingers in up to the first knuckle. I've had bad experiences in other hotels with this problem before, and the outside noise ends up keeping me awake or wakes me up far too early. I asked for another room.
Second room: same problem, and this time the latch was completely broken to the extent that the pane wouldn't lock in place at all. A small bracket had been installed to rectify this, but there was still a huge gap. I was at least able to wedge some cardboard between the latch to secure the pane in place a bit better, and this did dampen the outside noise a bit.
Main problem: radiator's thermostatic valve was partly missing. Couldn't adjust the temperature. Heating came on periodically throughout the night and it was biblical. Must have been 25-30 degrees in the room, no question about it. I got about 3.5 hours sleep the 1st night, 2.5 on the 2nd.
Complained via booking agent to demand a refund only to twice be told that the room was "...clean and didn't have other issues". You have got to be kidding me. Here's a screenshot of a video I took of the broken window, and a photo of the inoperable thermostatic radiator valve What kind of business treats its customers like this?
Verdict: absolutely horrendous. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. You won't regret it. I feel like I've been robbed or scammed.
