Lovely property, clean and updated rooms. We were able to easily walk to the state building and there were plenty of resataurants to choose from in walking distance.

I enjoyed staying this clean hotel. The property was missing a full time manager and had few very efficient staff. It look like the hotel was in the process of hiring more staff. There was no happy hour as there as not enough staff. I am not a drinker so I really do not need a happy hour. The hotel located a short half mile walk to many restaurants. It has a small exercise room.

The hotel is beautiful but the room smelled & should have been cleaner, especially because of its reputation for being one of the nicest hotels in Concord.

Just the facts
We did not realize when we booked our stay that the restaurant and bar were closed in Sundays and Mondays. We didn't learn this until check in and were further confused when the room service menu was placed in our pillow in spite of the service being unavailable. No glasses in the room, yet a tiny ice bucket. Continental Breakfast was pretty industrial tasting, given the emphasis on Farm to Table for their restaurant. Definitely a disappointment.

Nice Hotel. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open on Sundays and Mondays. Our stay was on a Sunday and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was so that we thought we would not need to go out for dinner. Nonetheless the staff were helpful.

Room and hotel were nice. The only negative was the continental breakfast. While it is nice to have a breakfast included, we found it was lacking compared to many other hotels that include hot breakfast options for similarly priced accommodations.

Hotel for concert
This hotel was quite charming. Stayed one night for a concert at Bank NH Pavillion. Check in was easy and prompt. Room was very large. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Property was nicely landscaped. The building is very old,which adds to the charm, however the view out the windows at a roof that is in bad shape was unappealing. Also, having to use the ring camera for entrance after hours was a little frightening for me traveling alone. Not knowing how long it may take to get access to the building.

Great stay
This is so beautifully appointed inside. Very modernized. We had a very good sized room with a patio. Outside under a big tree are 8 Adirondack chairs giving it a very at home feel. The bar and restaurant are a great surprise. Food is fabulous and a great staff who make our visit so fun Thank you for a great stay.
