Great location and beautiful property. The staff did not reach any where close to that of a typical Four Seasons. Very disheartening given the price per night

I am ecstatic. I am so glad I chose the Four Seasons Baltimore to celebrate my partner’s 65th birthday. Kenya upgraded our room, which enhanced our experience there even more than expected. The rooms were average, but you needed a manual to figure out how to turn the shower on and regulate the hot water. You need to provide a user manual - it took some time to figure out how to take a shower. Not good!
