Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice).

The hotel management did send a welcome message a day before and asked if they was anything they could assist with. I replied asking if rooms have mini refrigerators in them so that special dietary food could be put in it. no answer received to this date. As it turned out upon check in, they do not supply such appliances. Nor the iron (boards) in the rooms.

The hotel was very dated, the plugs didn’t work in the room, the bath was very high to get into, the staff did move rooms for us, the plugs weren’t located next to the bed, the tv didn’t work, the walls were very thin and the beds weren’t comfy, breakfast wasn’t included , the parking was cheap the floors were dirty , there wasn’t a mattress en casement

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and always found them to be very accommodating. These last two stays were as expected although on my last stay (November 13th) I found the wi-fi was not up to its usual standards, but the room was very good and the tv remote worked better than the previous time, I think the remote just needed new batteries!!! Other than that I would always recommend this hotel.

Ibis was great! The hotel and grounds were fine. The next door area was trash. Aside from that it was a nice hotel. Good food and bar, clean, dog friendly and comfy bed.
