The family room we stayed in was amazing. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Good delicious variety of food. Overall, it went beyond my expectations. We stayed here for a night for the NY @ 5th event. The location was perfect because we only had to step out of the hotel and walk 20m to reach the intersection of where the NY countdown took place. Nothing spectacular about the lobby but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at Ascott BGC my initial impression of the lobby and reception area was that it looked like a 3 star hotel. Anyway, the stay was good and the breakfast buffet was alright. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Ascott shines because of its staff.
