Dusat Thani Bound-Manilla!!!👍❤️🇵🇭☝️
Well, this is not my first stay at this beautiful hotel. Probably may be my fifth or sixth. I choose this hotel because of the location and convenience. It is one block from the SM mall just cross the street and you were there. Also, there is the Glorietta mall and it runs into the landmark supermarket where you can get everything you need and want. The club lounge is excellent. The people are so accommodating here. This will be my first location to consider when traveling to Manila.

I was not sure how to respond to "did you receive a room upgrade" because I booked the upgraded VIP "Club" room which included a suite. There was no upgrade to that. The actual club room was just ok, although the staff were great. I intended to have dinner in the Club lounge both nights I was there, but neither night had sufficient food in my opinion. The breakfast in the lounge was ok the first morning but the 2nd I opted for the bigger buffet on the ground floor. Dusit Thani is in a great location for access to the Glorietta Mall and some other restaurant options. Most all the staff were pleasant & helpful or tried to be. But, overall, for the upgraded room and amenity that I paid for, I was disappointed.

Perfectly located Hotel, choice of several restaurants, serving good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Room service choices and prices are very reasonable and the actual service is definitely 5 star! The hotel is located next to several shopping malls with an endless choice of shops and food eateries. This 5 star hotel is excellent value for money!
