Booked 3 rooms with this property for my whole family total of 8, read through details of property so we could expect if there we be any additional charges. 2 of the rooms were double beds so we expected that we could sleep at least 3 in each room and then me and my wife in our own. Upon arrival only then were we made aware that there was an additional payment needed per extra person when the room was already booked and can clearly sleep 4 in each room. Aside from that we were very tired from our long haul trip from the US and were extremely exhausted. When we had the chance to actually check out the room it was extremely disappointing to see mold around the sink and shower area, not juat that but we also were put in a room that looked like had a water leak issue and black mold stains on the ceiling. Due to availability that night none was available for a swap and i had to call the next morning to get a room exchange set up. The next room we were placed in was in better condition but still mold growing in the restroom. A deep cleaning is most likely needed in these restrooms.
The staff were great and food was delicious.
