Hotel was nice, lobby looks very nice! Room was comfortable. Bed was a bit on the firm side and pillows were lumpy. Room was a nice size and clean.

Decent price , no ear plugs given
First two nights were ok a little noisy. Last night was awful. I had to call front desk at 11pm as there were kids running up and down hallway yelling and parents making lots of noise. They send security up and that worked for 20 min before it started again.

The exhausting fan went off whole night couldn't sleep and washroom doors were making noises, and when tried to close it thr exhaust fan started to make squeaky noises, and shower with out door was so, made it so hard to take shower

I couldnt get a response from the shuttle service despite many attempts so paid for a taxi. I did bring it to the attention of reception who appatently called it from her phone and replied, well its working for me. I showed her my iphone and calls made to the same number, even calling whilst i stood with her and got the same message. She simply shrugged. That said the hotel was comfortable and had lots of amenities . I wasnt asking for recompense for the taxi but the response wasn't brilliant hence a good rather than excellent star rating in this instance

Horrible stay
The room was horrible . I have stayed here for years now and never had a problem. But recently they have failed horrible in thier customer service amd house keeping depeartment. Was had water beetles on the bed. 2 huge moths flying arounf the lights.
