I was sad that i did not have the privilege of chargibg items purchased in the hotel were not chargesble to my hotel room. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels during my travels and not once were i not able to charge items purchased in the hotel to my roo.. I asked the cront desk why and O was told that I didnt have "credit". In other words i was not the right color. I told the hotel mgr that this had never haooenrd to me before and that I was upset about their policy. Im sure i was the only one who could not carge utens to my room during my stay. There was no apology and zo thiught that i needed to pay separately for the small items i wanted to purchase. Anyway, i do intend to write the nanagement of Dusit hotels and inform them of their prejudicial policy

My go to favourite hotel in Dubai. Very comfortable, rooms spacious, great bath towels and decent toilet roll! Always a must. Excellent Gym and location is superb for access to taxis. If you are on business in and around the DIFC then it is a short distance away. The hotel is DRY so don’t expect to get a beer. But if you are like me and don’t drink..it’s perfect
