Good location for old town.
Nice clean nd modern hotel. Room had no view but that's okay. Within walking distance of shopping street and old town which is convenient. Car park is also bigger than many European garages.

Excellent amenities, service, breakfast buffet off-the-charts, and kind administrative staff. I visited during the Microsoft crash when all the key cards stopped working and the staff remained highly professional during a fully-booked week. Kudos to them! I’d stay there again. The location is also in the far side of the Philosopher’s Path which is great because we could walk down the stairs (not up) to see the town of Heidelberg from above—spectacular!)

The Hilton Heidelberg is a lovely hotel, within walking distance of Heidelberg's Hauptstrasse. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. From the hotel, a stroll along the Hauptstrasse leads to easy access to Heidelberg Castle via the Heidelberger Bergbahn funicular railway, and then on to the mountain summit of Königstuhl with amazing views!

The location was good, we got a suite qhich was nice. But the reception staff the first day, dont remember his name but was so bad. They said the didnt have parking, they did. I am a hilton honors member, which means I get free breakfast and access to a lounge, they never mentioned this. I made a reservation for breakfast, they did not honor it (altough the restaurant staff was very nice and acommodated us anyways). The price charged was insanely high, the highest we paid in Europe and the highest we ever paid for a Hilton. In summary, I like the room, the staff was. Ice with the exception of one person at the reception which shoukd be fired for the incompetence.
