This place is disgusting needs extensive remodeling. Extremely dirty and nasty. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but I could tell that there have been someone smoking throughout the whole place, including our room.

Very nice pool and Jacuzzi, open from 7am to 11pm. Room was clean updated comfortable. Beds and linens where good quality. Nice walkin shower, plenty of good quality towels. I would definitely stay her again.

Overall ok
We had a jacuzzi suite for the weekend. It was mostly ok. The bathroom, jacuzzi, and bed were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We were on the first floor and had to go to the second floor for ice. The fridge was in need of defrosting and smelled like seafood or broccoli. Cleaning staff clearly only covers required areas. There was a chair in the corner of the room that had mildew on the bottom rails and cobwebs behind it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and conveniently located for our plans. Having Walmart right next door also came in handy a couple times.

The staff was friendly, the sheets and pillows were clean, the TV worked, and the breakfast was decent. However, the room was in need of significant maintenance and upgrades. Paint was scuffed and peeled. The fold-out sofa bed was bent which caused it to slope in two directions, and the mattress was overdue for replacement. The bathtub had three holes, two of them poorly patched. Tile and grout had some dark stains and the fan was very loud. We used the bathroom as little as possible. The hotel is located a bit out of the way and in the middle of the night we woke to cars revving engines. This was a budget-priced hotel, but we would not return or recommend unless some improvements are made.

Even though Mansfield is kind of in the middle of no where this LaQuinta is easy to find and fills all the needs for anyone looking to do a short stay for any reason.

Good points: The bed was comfortable The mini fridge works The staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were great!! ---- Room for improvement: During our time there, there wasn't anyone present at the front desk. When we needed help, I would simply call the front desk from my cell. (While standing at the front desk after a while) The plumbing in the sink was an extremely slow drain. The floors left a black film on our socks. Don't walk around barefoot lol ------- Overall, the room was decent and moderately priced.

The room I stayed in was very nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and the pool and hottub were nice and clean. The breakfast was so good and it was just an all around enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk service was excellent very friendly. The WiFi wouldn't work so our kids were upset when their tablets wouldn't connect. Our room could've used a little bit better cleaning. The curtain was raggedy and had a big slit in it and our fridge froze everything in it including the milk we purchased for my 1 year olds bottles

The rooms have tile and not carpet. The carpeted area is dirty and needs replacing. The bathroom was nice size but I need med the shower unstopped and the toilet top was sticky. The chair in the room was sticky like someone has spilled drinks and it hadn’t been cleaned. Dusty and the top drawer did not close. Unbalanced so all the drawers would slide open.
