Horrible, Horrible! The chair at the desk in my room was filthy to the point where i put it in the hall for room service to get. I requested for my bedding to be fully changed, which they didn't. They made the bed with dirty sheets that i wanted changed. The place reminds me a souped up motel 6 or 8. I don't know how this place is apart of the Marriott chain 🤔. Do yourself a favor...stay somewhere else. Maybe the hotel next to it which is Fairfield suits ny Marriott...which is where i was going to switch to .

When I got there, they asked me three times if I required a handicap accessible room and three times I said no. They gave me a handicap accessible room. I'll take the "L" on that because I went back and am saw that I actually reserved a handicap accessible room so I'm not sure why they asked three times. I certainly hope someone who actually needed one wasn't put out. The room was clean but the fitted sheet didn't stay on the bed. The pillows were flat and worn out. The couch was so uncomfortable it was unusable. The staff was very nice with the exception of the staff at breakfast. There was no coffee and no napkins but they yelled at the guy in front of me for using the wrong tongs on the sausage links. Disappointing for a Marriott Hotel. 3.5 stars, tops.

It's a nice building, needs an update, room was tired looking. Pillows very uncomfortable, bed so-so. Ceiling fan dusty, black dust on all blades. Curtains dirty and stained. AC was a bit odd, set at 77F degrees and it would, get very warm at night. Our last night there the fire alarm went off twice, due to a leak in the system. Police and Fire came in no real rush sauntered around. the first time. 1.5 hours later it went off again and no one showed. No fault of the hotel, but we had numerous traveling soccer teams staying there. They would play hockey in the hallway outside of our room, screaming and banging on our door (at least). Called front desk, asked for someone to come and tell them to stop, no one ever showed, kids continued, even after we opened door and said something to them. No parents around.
