The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we noticed an odor in the room, but we thought it was something that would dissipate once we were settled in the room.
It did not, and the next morning we went to the front desk and explained our dilemma as my daughter was to breathe through her nose, and all of us were having issues with our sinuses. The lady at the front desk told us that while we were gone, she would send in cleaners and a machine to ionize the air. We were gone the entire day, and when we got back, it seemed for the most part that the odor was gone. We didn’t really have any other issues for the rest of the week.
They do allow pets in this hotel, which I am totally fine with, but I think from now on, I will request a room that does not allow pets as I feel that the odor in that particular room may have been dog urine.
We only had the breakfast two of the seven days we were there, but it was great.
The pool area was clean and there was plenty of seating and towels. The pool water itself was probably 85 to 90°. Not refreshing but clean.
