Beachfront condo w/ pool and balcony facing beach

You’re overlooking the beach and pool, and you’re surrounded by luxurious amenities. Welcome to the South Seas. This 12th floor, 1,100 square foot beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

If you enjoy sitting back and watching the sun sparkle off the turquoise ocean, this spacious balcony was made for you. It faces southwest, giving you a full day of warm, tropical sun as you savor the view of silken white sands and lagoons encircled by mangroves. Just when you start to think nothing could possibly surpass this mesmerizing sight, the sun goes down, turning the sky brilliant orange.

The sun-brightened interior of comfy furnishings and ocean-themed walls creates a feel of beachfront living at its best. Decorative touches like tropical fabrics and seashells enhance the feeling of tranquility. Both the living room and the master bedroom open up to the balcony, filling the unit with ocean breezes and the sound of softly breaking waves.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of sunset-viewing cocktails to bring out to the balcony.

Beachfront living is all about comfort and relaxation, so the unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Good thing, too, because Tigertail beach is just a few steps away, and it’s filled with endless activities. Wade through tide pools in search of shells. Explore the lagoons in kayaks or water trikes. Or just lie back and watch dolphins frolic in the surf.

The South Seas surrounds you with deluxe amenities, starting with a heated pool and deck filled with sun loungers and tiki umbrellas. You can also play tennis on scenic courts beside Clam Bay, or how about shuffleboard or bocce ball, cook on the charcoal grills, work out in the fitness center or take part in some of the daily activities in the social room.

There’s no better way to cap off another perfect day in paradise than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Fin Bistro, all just a short walk from the unit.

So for tropical paradise with all the amenities, set sail for the South Seas.

Nice place
The condo was clean, convenient, and occupied by nice people. Very roomy, lovely pool and many "walkable" businesses.

Disappointed in Description
I thought I was going to see the sunset but only saw "the colors of the sunset." 2 of the umbrellas and 2 chairs were broken.

Beautiful View
My spouse and I stayed here after our island was destroyed by Ian. We felt like we could finally relax for the first time and this unit was perfect to make us feel like we were home verses hotel hopping. We had all the comforts we needed and the staff was phenomenal. Marco Island in general is one of the friendliest islands in Florida. I would definitely recommend.

Great view!
We had a fantastic week in Marco Island. The condo was the perfect size for our family of five. We appreciated the kitchen and ability to cook our meals, the beds/sofa bed, and all the beach gear. It was so nice to walk down to the pool or ocean! We all loved sitting on the balcony!

South seas tower - 1204
We enjoyed Marco Island. Our condo was clean but needed some updating. It did not feel homey as in it felt sterile. The counter above sink had a bottom ridge that was falling off. Stainless steel pots are dated and hard to clean. Doors to closets were not secure. In 2nd bedroom one side was off the hinge. The place needs painting and some pictures and decor objects. Loved the pool. The beach was a bit of a walk but once we quit dragging the carts and only carried what we needed it was a nice walk everyday. Construction noise was bothersome at times, but we had been told in advance that there was reconstruction going on. We loved our stay just wish the condo had been more personable.

Like living in your mom's basement.
If mom has a million dollar house, and you live in the basement, you still feel like a squatter tenant. This building is very nice and the location is near exquisite. However, this unit was disappointing. When we arrived, the thermostat was hanging off the wall, there was a stale grandma like odor, and though not dirty, the floors and counters were not clean. To be fair, our complaints were addressed quickly as much as possible. The HVAC system was so loud you could not carry on a reasonable conversation in any room. Furnishings were eclectic and were reminiscent of "resale store vintage" although they may have been all purchased new. Smokers were relegated to a mosquito infested grilling area way off on a remote portion of the property next to a canal overflow. A $30.00 surcharge was added for a parking permit and a militant and threatening no noise policy was strictly enforced from 7PM to 10AM. The ocean beach frontage was a grueling walk around a natural preserve with constant foot traffic from a nearby public beach access. To top it all off, throughout the duration of our stay, construction crews worked daily creating a cacophony of drilling, hammering and machinery noise throughout the day. I get the hurricane damage repair and upgrades but a notification prior to renting would have been appropriate. This was not a disaster, but certainly not a paradise.
