Pet-friendly waterfront home w/ heated pool & spa

It’s like having your own private waterfront resort. This 2,800 square foot home features two separate master suites. The suite on the second floor opens up to a private balcony facing the water. The home sleeps ten, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa and three and a half bathrooms. Actually, it sleeps twelve if you count your dog and cat. That’s right, this is one of the few island rentals that welcomes your pets. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The spacious lanai overlooks a turquoise canal lined with palm trees. After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and use the outdoor kitchen to enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table cooled by an overhead fan. You’ve even got a wall-mounted outdoor television to entertain you as you savor a barbequed lunch. Then, at the end of the day, the hot tub is your front row seat as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange.

The exquisitely decorated interior is a paradise in its own right. Sunlight streams through arched windows, brightening the coral-hued tile. Modern furnishings are complemented by colorful tropical artwork. In the living room, cozy sofas face a wall of windows, giving you a panoramic view of the palm trees against a blue-sky backdrop.

The deluxe kitchen features granite countertops and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of tropical beverages to serve guests on the lanai.

The bedrooms are filled with all the colors of the tropics. The second-floor master suite not only opens up that private balcony, but it even comes with a private kitchenette, a spacious living area, and an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom offers a wall-mounted television, along with plenty of closet and drawer space.

The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, free wi-fi and cable. You’ve also got beach essentials, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short drive to the silken white sands, turquoise ocean, and endless activities of the Paradise Coast.

Amazing house for vacation!
The house is full equipped with towels, beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the beach. Kitchen is full equipped and there’s many open spaces for everyone to feel comfortable. We were 9 and we all enjoy spending time in the different spaces. Management communication is amazing! They are on top of everything and ready to answer all questions and concerns. Also the pool and view is great, temperature of the water and jacuzzi was perfect, as well as the peace of the deck was a plus for evening nights. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Like an old oak tree looks good on outside but lots of rot in the middle
House had numerous electrical issues. Upstairs suite had no power working. Kitchen lights would pulsate like they were surging. Wifi was in and out constantly so we could not get any work done and tv was wifi based so it too was in and out. Home was advertised with heated pool and hot tube which neither were working. Manager called pool tech who never showed up. Called second one and heater could not be fixed and it had not been working for some time. We complained and were able to move to a different location. The second home we were placed into was a dump. Pool heater was working but outside of that it was a home we would have never considered. Vacation are too short as they are and have to go through all of this made for a very bad experience and a stressed out time that should have been spent relaxing. We are still trying to receive compensation from manager for what we went through and false advertising of amenities that the home provided.

2nd stay at this property!
House is nice and pet friendly which is ideal for those families needing that. House has wear and tear and needs maintenance. A bathtub drain has been clogged for two years and bathroom sinks clogged at first use. Dishwasher started an electrical fire when there but they did replace within 24 hours. The rest of the notes are around it needing to maintained. (Holes is the screen around the pool, both garage door openers don’t work, laundry doors need to be switched, etc.) With all of that said it is a nice location. Great place to rent a boat and take out to the water. Nice neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. Ideal for walking a dog.

Very nice rental
Beautiful property, enjoyed our stay. Property management needs to stay on top of small repairs I.e. patio door handle loose from previous renters, they left a note about it but not fixed for us. Also needs more silverware and coffee cups for that large of a rental.

After reading reviews, we were excited to stay at this property. But we were disappointed. The bathroom that guests use, only had ONE faucet handle. COLD! When we called, 2 maintenance men came and didn’t have a part so they switched the faucet handle to the HOT side! The whole month there, we never had a cold handle - just a hole where it goes! Embarrassed to have friends use this bathroom. The dishes in cupboard were not clean. They had cake, frosting and other stuff stuck to them. Had to wash every item before we used them. They said this house sleeps 10. Maybe, but it can’t feed 10! The house is not stocked as stated. Hardly any cooking utensils. We stayed a month, with only 3 people, and I couldn’t find one casserole (glass dish) to make anything. And only ONE - 8x10 cake pan. Management tried to make it right, but brought glass cake pans instead of round casserole. The outdoor lanai was full of weeds. Between the pavers, weeds were growing up all over. We told management -they said the yard person was coming to spray - they never did. We were told they have beach chairs, there was ONE. For a house that sleeps 10,, that’s not much seating. Again, called management, they were wonderful and brought us 3 more (new) chairs and a cooler. All of the coolers at the house were broken. The floats for the pool had holes, so we bought our own. The house, itself, could be a great rental property, but I believe it has not been kept up. Shows a lot of wear and tear. Again, the management was wonderful and quick to respond - trying to correct these problems the best they could. But will not rent this property in the future.
