This was not an enjoyable stay. The room had no windows, the carpets were very dirty and the mattresses were torn. The electrical switch in the bathroom was hanging loose. The breakfast was late every morning (if you can call it breakfast)! We were very disappointed with this hotel.
Very helpful friendly staff. Excellent location. Quiet. Wonderful views. Rooms cleaned thoroughly on request. Historic ambience. Happy vibe. Service bus from airport dropped us outside. Taxi to bus station took 15 minutes and cost less than 30 lira. Will definitely stay here again.
A smalll classical Mardin house converted to a boutique hotel. Architectural limitations seems to determine the room and bathroom size. If you are familiar with European 3star hotels, the story is more or less the same. Central location, friendly staff and clean. Breakfast is a preset plate which was fine for me but if you are dreaming a classical Turkish breakfast, you have to go out.
Excellent location in the old city. Staff made you feel at home - even though they spoke limited English (be sure to have Google Translate on your phone!).
Decent rooms. A bit overpriced for what they are. Ordinary facade. No breakfast. Good location. Calling it fabulous would be a big exaggeration. It’s average
İki ayrı yataklı odayı seçtik. Yataklar hareket ettiğin an gıcırdamaya başlıyor. Yataklar konforlu değil. Bu odayı seçerseniz penceresi yok. Taş ev olduğu için telefon çekmiyor.
