We arrived at 1:40 pm and was told that if we wanted to check into our room there was a $25 early check in fees. We chose to wait until we could check in without the extra cost. the room ready but we had to wait. I could understand the extra charge if we showed up 3 to 4 hrs early. We were allowed to check in once it was 2pm without the extra charge.

Front desk staff were very nice. However, another resident at the hotel was harassing my daughter and I. He followed me down an empty hallway at night, tried to enter the laundry room when I was alone in there. I had to yell at him to leave me alone. He was riding the elevator up and down in the hotel trying to talk to women. I have NO doubt that he was trying to corner me alone so that he could sexually assault or grab me out a side door to kidnap me. The hotel offered to move my room or comp me a night since I felt so unsafe I wanted to leave. BUT, they should have kicked HIM out. No women should feel unsafe around another hotel resident. The assistant manager said that he would look at the video surveillance, which would have corroborated everything I was reporting to them. Then, I never heard a word back.

Convenient & Clean
Quick stay just to attend the baseball game and work in the Phoenix Office. The following day didn’t need anything fancy, but the least they could do is have two bottles of water in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, very nice staff members, breakfast was great as well… It would be awesome if they have flyers and maps for tourist !!! And maybe some restaurants menus ! Is a 9/10 very clean as well !

Our stay at the Hotel was wonderful. The only issue we had was the carpet cleaning. Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping on Thursday because the carpets were being cleaned. Also, the tubes and hoses lining the entire length of the corridor made it tricky trying to step over them.

We won’t go back !!!!!!
Be wary that this hotel will charge you a $100 deposit when checking in. This is not advertised anywhere online or on their website. The front desk people were not being helpful or understanding at all about this and claimed it was required even though our room was paid for. This is ridiculous as it has to be on a debit card and not cash or tap, most other hotels don’t require this. At least let potential customers know about this to plan accordingly. Also the construction guy was sitting outside in his truck all night watching us swim. It is very uncomfortable having someone watch you and more so when they park next to your car and look at you when you get in and laugh.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was within walking distance to Chase field and I felt safe walking with my adult daughter to a game. The breakfast was an added bonus each morning.
