Despite arriving to the Lodge and being told Expedia had NOT made the reservation, the desk clerk calmly fixed the problem and we were not left in the cold. I'll NEVER use expedia again but highly recommend the Tundra Lodge.

Family trip to Lambeau
This was our second stay for a Packer game with the family. You have to realize you’re paying for location. The hotel itself is fairly run down. Most furniture in rooms are mismatched and have chipped or peeling finishes. The water park option is nice to let the kids burn off energy. The outdoor hot tub was open this time which was a fantastic way to warm up after 6 hours outside in sub freezing temps. We booked through Hotels.com and selected the same family suite we had last year. However, our room ended up being a standard suite with two queen beds in one room. After asking the front desk why we didn’t have the same room as before, Theresa explained that there are two styles of family suites. A king, and a queen. The king has its own bedroom. Unfortunately, they were completely booked, so she said nothing could be done. She also asked why we booked through Hotels.com instead of through their site. When I told her the price was significantly different, she made it seem like it was our fault for not getting the room we thought we booked. Overall, if your looking for a family friendly spot that is walking distance from Lambeau, it’s not horrible. If you’re not staying with kids, or interested in the Waterpark, I would stay elsewhere.

Check in was an hour later than usual but we did end up with what appeared to be a room upgrade. We come here lots and it was a holiday so we get it. They were very friendly and called as soon as room was ready no complaints here! Kept up the good work front desk staff!! While we waited for our room to be ready we played in the arcade. aThe staff in there was the best so friendly and engaging. Keeping up!

Granted it was NYE, waited in line to check in for about 40 minutes to be told our room wasn’t ready and to check back in an hour. I went bs k after an hour yo be told still no ready and the front desk didn’t know when would be. I asked for a refund and all of a sudden a room became ready for us. They says 4pm is the start of the check in process and doesn’t mean your room is always ready. I’ve never been told that anywhere else and we travel quite a bit. They did provide free breakfast coupons for next day. Wasn’t overall impressed although my daughter had fun. I don’t think we will stay there again. Overall the facility was clean and waterpark was fun for the kids.

Great for families
Waterpark is small, but the waterslides were fun, especially because they let little kids go on with an adult unlike other waterparks that limit it more. Very close to Lambeau, would definitely stay again if coming up for a Packer game.

I'm going to assume they are very understaffed. As someone who works in customer service I get it. The front desk staff was so nice, as the people in the game room. The man at the bar and grill area needs a day off or something. He seemed very over it. All in all I would return. The staff is very overwhelmed in my opinion. I hope they got more than a pizza buffet for Christmas.
