Bel hôtel au centre-ville
Bel hotel bien situé au centre-ville. Toutefois, si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoyez les bouchons car la ville est bruyante àcet endroit. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine sur le toit et le buffet au dejeuner.

The property was very close to the bus station. The staff was available all night. There was someone available after 11pm to take bags to room.

Great hotel to adults stay, room it’s really good and clean, excellent food in the breakfast and lunch, because they were overbooked we couldn’t have extra pillows, they also should put an valet parking to pick the car at the hotel lobby, I needed walk a quarter mile to parking my car at the proper parking and at night it’s dangers because of many homeless around. I would stay there again but without my kids . The staff it’s really kind and fast to fixing any problems.

Very good location, although, the cleanness and the hotel maintenance were very disappointing in a general way. I found pieces and stains of soap in the shower area. The glasses of the shower were very dirty. I found holes in the bed sheets. The pool was disgusting. The water is very dirty, seems like they never changed it or treat it. I do not recommend this hotel.

This place is a great find. The price is unbeatable. Rooms are spacious so it the bathroom & shower. Staff is very nice & helpful. Rooftop pool fabulous. Location perfect. Sure the hotel is older and showing just a little wear. Would stay there again

First time family visit in Brazil-Second hotel
This hotel has great potential and may have been a wonderful place to stay in the 1900's. My stay was less than great. I had a room on the 8th floor, my window didn't close fully so I could hear every noise throughout the entire night, the bikes, buses, cars, bottles, people, you name it. It was so bad, I checked out the next morning and lost the additional night. We didn't feel safe in the area and the lack of sleep was a recipe for disaster. The service at check-in was okay but I wouldn't recommend unless you are short on cash and need a place to stay awake at throughout the night because you will get ZERO sleep!!
