We took a family trip to hike and swim. Unfortunately the pool was so cold we could not even use it. We brought it to the hotels attention and got the run around. We intended to get a room someone where else if the pool would not be fixed in time for use (we stayed 4 days) and we kept getting wishy washer answers. We never were able to fully use the pool. A major let done for a family trip with a 5 year old that just wants to swim.

Our room was nice and was updated but the dog in a room near us wouldn’t stop barking and the side door with the sign stating that it’s locked 24 hours is definitely not kept locked. We saw many people breeze right in without having to use a key card. Gym was tidy but the sanitizing wipes were gone so there was no way to wipe down equipment. The breakfast crew does a fabulous job keeping things stocked and are always out and about cleaning tables and wiping down counters. The coffee/tea/water is always fresh and fully stocked too!

Fairly nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Bed comfortable. Breakfast standard- staff was helping keeping things stocked. Would stay here again.

Paid a lot for a less than average room. Clogged shower drain so in ankle high water ( hoping it was ours). Upon checkout asked for a receipt, was told it would be emailed, but never sent.
