Not great for a winter destination
Hotel staff speak little or no English, but are friendly. Bed was tired, water only warm and not enough pressure. Roof terrace closed in the winter months so we had nowhere to sit and relax as the space was being used as a drying area for laundry. Breakfast was the same each day although the fresh orange juice was lovely. No manager on site to sort out issues.

Clean, well managed
The manager of the hotel went out of his way to help make our experiance wonderful! The hotel is on a clean quiet backstreet but just a short walk away from shops and food. The hotel also has a nice rooftop to relax in the sun. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Awesome owners and staff at riad.
Quaint riad about 10-15minutes away from Jemma el-fna. Service was good, even though we were unable to communicate in French or Arabic, we managed to get what we needed across, like a new heater since it was very cold at night. Breakfast was simple yet good enough to start our day. In the bathroom, we have to let the water run for a minute or two before it gets warm. The kids got a thicker duvet on the second day once they found out they were cold, so it was a great initiative. Overall the owners and the staff there were great people who genuinely want to make our stay a great one. Thank you!

El alojamiento en el Riad Soleis fue una de las mejores experiencias en Marrakech: la ubicación en pleno centro de la medina, entre el barrio judío, la kasbah y el zoco. Un palacete precioso y muy tranquilo, con trato amable y familiar por parte de Youssef y la maravillosa comida de Asmah.

Wir dachten alles prima, es kam aber ganz anders..
Wir bekamen das versprochene Zimmer nicht, Zweideutigkeiten über die Preisen (zb Jacuzzi theoretisch umsonst, faktisch versuchen sie es bezahlt zu bekommen), das Personal ist sehr sympatisch, doch diese ist eine gekonnte Masche. Augen auf.

Otroligt vacker Riad i utkanten av Medina.
Riad Soleil är en väldigt vacker riad med en fantastisk innergård och takterrass. Tyvärr fungerade inte bubbelbadet när vi var där vilket var tråkigt. Vi hade problem vid incheckningen då det skett en dubbelbokning men det löstes av personalen och vi fick byta till ett ännu vackrare rum. Frukosten på boendet är ett stort plus!

Un accueil digne de l'hospitalité marocaine, un service à la hauteur....et un petit déjeuner au top. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce riad. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le hammam sur place .Emplacement parfait pour être au calme tout en étant proche de la place et des activités de la ville rouge.
