The room I was given had a few things that were missing/broken. The phone did not work. And looking outside my window it felt like anyone could’ve crawled right into my room if wanted to, the window was level to a large back field. The door that I was supposed to come in and out of from my car did not lock either.

The bathroom in our room was in the process of being up-graded, but the work was not done. There was exposed wiring, tippy toilet, warped door would not close, loose door handle, noisy bath fan, unfinished door trim. This room should not have been rented, especially at full price. It definitely was not ready for guests.

at least the roof didn't leak!
poor ventilation, tv in next room on all night with guest snoring. tried to drown out with noisy heater fan. got too hot. wife got a back ache from bed; slept on floor. bathroom sink drain plug disconnected. a washcloth was hung on top of shower curtain rod; bathroom ceiling light cover was dangling. toilet seat cover loose; we tightened it. breakfast? no coffee or hot water for cereal or tea.

Power curtain did not work. Charger was brought to fix the situation but it didn't work again in the a.m. Heater was loud & turned off & on all night so we finally turned the heat off so we didn't need to listen to it. Drain opener did not work so I had to stand on one leg to keep it open with my other foot (so that the tub would drain). Phone was not operational. Paint splatter all over in the bathroom including the floor. No coffee in the breakfast room. Pretty bland food choices. I had stayed there previously & that stay was more positive. Thought that at least one person would have apologized for the inconveniences (at a minimum) but was just told that the issues would be passed in to maintenance.

A Dump. No communication from staff. Pool was closed and no signs why or was not told about upon check on. Very strong smell in entrance with a sense in a fan blowing. Breakfast was not much to choose from. Bathroom was bad shape and door was peeling. Poor outlets. Pool was closed. Scuffs in walls in room down to Sheetrock. I have stayed at a lot of Americinn hotels and this was bad and will tell my friends not to stay here!
