Was there on a business trip. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, everything was clean and immaculate. Staff were friendly. The food could be improved a little bit, but otherwise overall a very good experience.

We put the sign to make up room and came back to the room still messy and dirty. Bed was not made. They only changed the 2 tea cups in room and didnt even bothered to change the 2 dirty glasses. Never in my life have this kind of experience in hotels.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable Shower over bath very small and high step over bath to use Needed a comfortable chair in the room Parking was great It was. Bit difficult to work out how to get to reception from rear car park and it would be useful to be able to access dining area without having to go outside in cold/wet weather

We did not feel the accommodation was value for money for the facilities in the room.EG Shower over the bath and small things like nice towels make a difference , there was only 2 towels and they were small and thin. The staff in the cafe were very helpful and offered good service under difficult circumstances.

We had a lovely one night stay. Marysville is beautiful and the hotel is in a great location in the heart of the town. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was also excellent.
