They let me check in early which was great. However, I was put into a room in the 300 block which apparently was under renovations. I only found this out 2 hours later after I had unpacked everything and setup my room. I went to have a shower before I had to leave to a business meeting and there was no hot water and the tub would not drain. I called the front desk and a different person helped me and said yeah you were not supposed to get put there. You have to move to a different room. Needless to say I had to packup and move rooms. Not the worst thing but the whole issue made me late for my meeting. Other than that, it was an average stay at a hotel.

This hotel is one of our all-time favorites. The staff has always been superb. The rooms are spotless, and the kitchens are complete. They make extra effort to make a pleasant experience each time.

My favorite place to stay in the area
This is my go-to place to stay in the area (4th stay). The suite layout and comfortable beds are fantastic. There's no restaurant on premises, but plenty in the immediate area. They have a breakfast bar in the AM with cereals, bfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. I'm sure I'll be staying here at my next trip to the area.

This is a dirty property. Poor housekeeping, poor facility maintenance. Out of order washers and dryers. The market wasn’t stocked. Staff are trying, but this place is a dump, even for a low price. During our stay there were people parked in the lot clearly living out of their vehicles. Don’t stay.

Nice place and good staff. The breakfast room was clean and well supplied. Three of the four washing machines were in need of repair which should be looked at.

Tight quarters
We were looking for a place to stay that had a fridge and cooking capabilities since my wife has a special diet that does not allow her to eat at restaurants. There was the of us and our son slept on the hide-a-bed that left a lot to be desired. The room was very small and cramped but was okay overall.

With so many visitors seemed as if we didn’t get service for our hotel room which is understandable. Asked for towels twice but never received any. Overall the stay was nice other than lack of housekeeping services.
