The Fairmont Empress is a Royal Retreat!
What a gorgeous property!!! Everything is picture perfect! The grounds are stunning and the flowers unbelievably gorgeous. We were able to enjoy the Gold members “lounge” which is almost the size of a floor. Food, beverages, patio over looking the bay and indoor areas that don’t disappoint. So happy we were lucky enough to stay at such a special property.

We had an overall pleasant experience. Marie who took care of us in the reception was so professional yet very welcoming. Michael, who served our breakfast at the Q restaurant was so lively and prompt. We are grateful for his recommendation to go and see the wharf which we could have missed if he did not mentioned it. Beautiful hotel located very close to the ferry terminal to Port Angeles. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the stores inside were fun (but expensive), and the grounds were beautiful.
